On Saturday, we went to Cole's favorite place...the zoo! It was fun to check out a new zoo and San Antonio did not disappoint.

They also had a cool riverbank where the kids could play in the water and sand. 
And the day wouldn't be complete without ice cream! 
We went ahead and joined the zoo because the membership will pay for itself if we go one more time. We figure we will go at LEAST one more time and probably many more. It is only about 20 minutes away so it is nice and close. We went so many times to the Kansas City Zoo that I wished we had joined!
